The accommodation was in the heart of the town. It had nice private bathroom. Staff were amicable, they treated me like family.

Fine place to stay in San Juan, we stayed just 2 nights. The host met us and explained everything. Room was large and huge with zero windows, 1 bedroom and the balcony. The accommodation was in the centre of San Juan.

Situated in a modernized castle, in the heart of Old San Juan, we were just steps away from several delicious restaurants. the room was comfortable and well-decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the customer service was excellent, with quick and helpful responses from the hosts. Despite the small inconveniences mentioned in the reviews, the overall experience was highly enjoyable.

The lack of windows in the entire place did limit the fresh air circulation, making it a bit stuffy at times.

Nice stay on vacation, satisfied with this amazing apartment. Everything was great and I got concierge service for free. Awesome staff, I loved it. Location was stunning and best possible, about 5 mins walk to a monumental 16th-century Spanish fortification. What's more, I was near to shops, and eatery and shopping.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with downtown Old San Juan and the vibrant street of umbrellas just a few blocks away. The staff was responsive and accommodating, making our stay even better.

All in all everything was great, as a bonus I received concierge service free of charge. There were tea and coffee making equipment, a dining area, and a writing desk available. I loved its private bathroom. Incredible setting near the beach.

The apartment has great and stunning adjacent to the rooftop `` garden, shops, dining and attractions and the center of old San Juan. Awesome and great staff, keep it up. Good if you're looking for lovely vibes.

Easy instructions. Spacious apartments in the heart of Old San Juan. Apartment #2 has big well-furnished bedrooms with colonial style decor. A/C and fans work well. Great location, walkable and safe, with everything nearby. Good value.
